Am not happy with Aramex South Africa

I have sent my parcel with Aramex on the 04 of June 2020 with DBP*** and today is the 12 of June 2020 they haven’t delivered my parcel, when I tried to phone their call center they tell me lies and say they ll deliver it today , and today became forever waiting, am not happy at all because they are not doing as they promise. Am not getting help from their side that’s why I ended up here. ***
