Almost a month full parcel still not delivered

A parcel with tracking number DBP*** that was sent out on the 3 June 2019 is still not delivered in Carletonville. I've been writing emails but no response, tried calling Pretoria Aramex contact but they keep you on hold until the phone drops. I am really disappointed because this is not the 1st time I use their services. We need this parcel delivered please
