Almost 2 months to deliver a package???

When should my client expect the delivery of a package? It has been well of a month that I have sent out a package to my client. This puts me in a terrible light as a small business owner. A few weeks ago, your website said that the package is in transit, now it has no data according to your website. Please advice on further steps to be taken to get this package delivered to my client as she is getting inpatient which is completely understandable. This product can not be "remade" as this was a custom order and costed me lots of money that I presume will now have to be covered by me the small business owner as my client already paid in full for her order.
