AGS making global shopping a horror

I had a shipment that was shipped via AGS and the 1st to arrive in the country on 20 October is still not delivered to me. On the 25th I received a call from Chumeka and I told her that my parcel was a split shipment under one invoice. I sent a request quering my shipment and all I got was a losuy message that they would get back to me. I called them recently and spoke to Jacob for about 30 minutes then he finally forwarded my case to the relevant people. I have been asking for updates and they don't care...
