Agent dropped the call on my ear!!!!

It's been 2 days tracking a delivery and both 2 days we have been told it's out on delivery. 2 full days out on delivery. We can't move and run errands because we had missed the first delivery.

All we wanted was honesty that be missed the other delivery you will then deliver after 10 days if that's the case.

The worse is your call center gent dropping the call on my ear when I requested a much more clear information other than " it's out on delivery "
