Again No Big sleeves , Marketing Tactics

I was at PNP Steeldale, to courier some docs to India, Normally i buy sleeves from Aramex counter, drop box as always they only have sleeves, where A4 papers cant fit , it needs to be folded , they have smaller sizes , however i spoke to Dillon Pirie, aramex marketing person, as per his knowledge Aramex keep A5 sleeves , where it has enough space for A4 pages On phone Dillon says Aramex stock A5 sleeves,

now i need to send some urgent docs to india, Dillon responds by mail , he cannot assist , i must try at Post net

this is terrible service from ARAMEX , they market at a low price just to grab customers , but when time come to serve, they turn their backs
