Slow strike? Package takes 2 days from Chinese supplier to Aramex's doorstep. Then sits over a week in customs clearance STILL. According to the call center agent it cleared customs 3 days ago and is waiting on an Aramex invoicing run. Is the invoicing run powered by paraffin steam motors? My phone bill is equaling the courier cost trying to get some movement. Is Aramex having a incompetence competition with SAPO here? Use a different carrier if you want you deliveries fast.
