Add my name to the list of unsatisfied customers

My biggest issue is the lack of communication and response from Aramex. No response to emails and then other forms of communication result in a “we will get back to you shortly” reply, which never materializes.

I’ve done 3 “transactions” with Aramex. 1 was successful, the second I’m still waiting for (ordered Nov 2017) and the 3rd, they *****ed me on fees by sending 5 packages separately instead of bundling together (as they advertise).

I can’t believe a business like this can run given the lack of customer service and competence.
