Absolutely worst service

I have been waiting for a delivery for three days. When I called numerous times yesterday I was **** to and told my shipment was in transit and will be delivered before 5pm. At 5pm after a 20 minute wait on the line I was told my shipment was still at the warehouse??? I am leaving for a six month contract overseas and still have not been called and I still do not have my delivery. Absolutely appalled
