Absolutely useless

My parcel arrived in South Africa on the 5th of December, it was cleared from customs on the same day. Then until the 12th my parcel was 'in trasit' from Sandton. I live one hour from Sandton so I'd like to know if it was in transit via cape town? Now on the 12th the parcel is at OR Tambo and is being held by customs for clearance? So was it or was it not cleared from customs.

I'm not impressed by how long it's taken for my parcel to get here. And further more none of the information I've gotten about my delivery has been from Aramex but instead from the company which I ordered this parcel from. Aramexs tracking is completely useless only telling you when the shipment is created, collected, departed, in transit, arrived at destination (what destination?), out for delivery and delivered.

I would absolutely love to know where my parcel is.
