Absolutely Unreliable

<p>Straight to the point: One of my suppliers opted to send me a package that I had purchased from them through aramex, and because of the destination I'd listed(Mogale City), aramex used one of their "third party" couriers to deliver the package from their Johannesburg depots. The designated agent from this "3rd party" proceeded to make the delivery and upon arrival (Monday, 01 August 2016) , my mother, who was at the house was there to meet him to collect said package. Only to realise he had only come with the waybill form and not the package! yoh! the agent then told my Mother that he would come back the next day(Tuesday) with the package, of which he did not. I took the matter up with Aramex and they attempted to contact the angency to no avail, they took down my number telling me they would call back- they did this on several occassions and each time Í'd be the one calling them. well okay, today they finally got ahold of the agancy, only to find out that the package had been lost and now Aramex is taking no responsability whatsoever for this, they have completely washed their hands of the matter. I asked that they give me the contact of the 3rd party agency, to take the matter up personally and the refused. They have refused to pay any refund or to settle the matter, all they offered was a free delivery, which is completely unacceptable!</p>
