Absolutely shocking service from Aramex/ Click-way

I will never use or recommend Aramex/Click-way services again. From their online platform Click-way, to the staff, it is the worst service one can receive. Had a consultant leave me on hold for 29 minutes (on my own expense) only to let the call run till after 5pm so she could knock off work, I eventually cancelled the call and called back and no one picked up as it was now past their working hours, my parcel was never collected as the driver apparently cancelled the pick up (for absolutely no apparent reason) I was never contacted or informed .. I called back the next day, spoke to multiple staff members, to finally get email confirmation that a driver will pick up my parcel, Again the driver did not show up. It’ is now day 3 and my parcel has not been fetched, yet it was paid for immediately upon booking 4 days ago. No one at the offices seems to be bothered, I now have to find an alternative solution, after already paying for a service, along with an unhappy client waiting on a delivery promised days ago.
