Absolutely Shocking Service

I ordered a delivery of a parcel on Sunday evening (3rd dec) I tracked the parcel and notes it was dispatched early hours on the 4th December and I waited in my home for delivery on the 5th as I was leaving for an overseas contract of six months. No parcel was received, my truck could not be traced, the customer service consultant Lindiwe did not call me back I then called HER back and after 20 mins on the line she answered and said that the manager said he was going to call me back. I am now overseas with my parcel nowhere to be seen. Absolutely worst service I am so frustrated and disgusted ok this service
