Absolutely ******* service!

I posted a package at a drop box facility. Supposed to take up to 72 hours to get to destination. I checked with the recipient but package hasn't been received even though the app says it was delivered. Area delivered to on app doesn't match destination. It has been a week since the package was put in the drop box. I have spent 2 days trying to get answers from Aramex as to the whereabouts of my package. First person i get hold of can't get hold of the third party courier company so he escalates and says a manager will call me back. I have since phoned numerous times, left messages with the receptionist and two customer service people and still no one has the decency to phone me back. The service is absolutely useless. They claim in the ads whilst they keep you holding on the line that your package is in excellent hands and what a fast experience you'll get with delivery. What *******. Never have I encountered such poor service from a company that is supposed to be service orientated. I will never use Aramex again!
