Absolutely pathetic in a competitive industry

Pathetic delivery service and customer service. Parcel sitting for 3 days undelivered. Only once I phoned, held on for 20 minutes was I asked to confirm address. Completely correct. 3 days of staying at home waiting for a delivery wasted and still nothing. The worst courier experience this year - and there have been lots of them
