Absolutely Livid at your appalling service!!!!!!!

I am so close to going a legal route with you guys. It has been over a week for an overnight delivery and no matter how many times we try to contact any form of depot, manager or call centre. Absolutely no information is given except an pathetic apology along with "it's on the truck". A ridiculous update on the tracking system shows it has been in my tiny town for a week... an attempted delivery at 4:30 - which we were home waiting.... and seems like a driver wanted to go home early! I have been waiting at home for going on over a week now and status just shows "in transit". So my assumption is your driver or who-ever.... is enjoying the contents of my parcel. Which I would say is theft wouldn't you..... And because I get no answers from anyone at Aramex... I can assume this is true! So I am out of pocket - contents and shipping fee... what now ?
