Absolutely horrible service and false promises.

Absolutely horrible experience with them. I’ve always used them to bring things from overseas however this time it’s been a massive flop. Waiting 3 weeks for a parcel only to be promised delivery multiple times from the time it entered South Africa. Got a call from the lady in charge on a Friday promising delivery on Monday and yet nothing has come. Extremely upset with the customer service and false promises. Will be trying alternative companies after this. Cannot even get through to the same lady to sort the issue out.
