ABSOLUTELY DISTASTEFUL SERVICE !!!

ABSOLUTELY DISTASTEFUL SERVICE !! My order has been stuck with Aramex for the past two weeks With no communication whatsoever. When you call nobody picks up. They were so quick to tell me to pay my customs fee and after i paid, my shipment is suddenly missing flights. The ETA was the 15th of December and it is the 21st today and i have nothing !

I advice anyone and everyone to NOT even think of using Aramex ! They don’t value their customers or their business !
