Absolutely disgusted with Aramex

Aramex must be the worst company I've ever dealt with!! On tracking it shows that there was numerous attempted delivery with me not being available?? No one contacted me OR were at my security at my complex!?? Why the lies?? Ive been home every day with the exception of late afternoon on the 24/12 and early morning 25/12 parcel nr ***, I've been waiting for my parcel since November! Please address this this issue
