Absolutely annoyed and disgusted by the poor service

Aramex Aramex South Africa I have been calling the East London branch since March for a parcel that was received by you in February. I keep getting sent from pillar to post no results whatsoever. Every time I call I'm told someone will get back to me. I'm very unhappy with your services, Im the 1 doing the run around calling you guys and nobody has the decency to call me with a follow up...it is now 6 months of waiting with absolutely no action from you. The last Manager I spoke to gave me hope because she was very upset about the whole scenario and said she would take the issue up with the EL branch,that was in July. To date I have never had anyone have the decency to explain what happened.
