Absolute **** service

Really poor service on two different incidents.

1st Incident Placed an order on Evetech for a chair, motherboard and a PSU - it was all on the same order and the same Waybill was generated for all units meaning they were to be delivered together. Aramex ended up only delivering the chair and I had to call back and forth trying to figure out where the other stuff was. Aramex was not able to locate the remaining pieces of the parcel in their warehouse and I ended up having to wait an entire week for them to be able to finally find it. How do they even make such mistakes????

2nd Incident Ordered another product from Evetech - who already takes ages to deliver and deals with the slowest courier company I ever encountered (ARAMEX). Still waiting and Aramex has had the parcel for over 2 days. Called their customer services department and they informed me that their System is down so they are unable to track or trace any parcels. Might have to wait a week again I guess...

How does Aramex even operate with these standards? Its always a mission to find out what is happening and when you do find out what's going on you end up being either shocked at the results or thinking what have I gotten myself into...will never use Aramex and will certainly start to boycott any retailers that make use of them.
