Absolute bad service

I send a parcel (envelope with documents) on the 20th of June 2019 from Cape Town to Delareyville in the North West, even up to this day the 3rd of July it has not arrived. How pathetic is that. I have been send from pillar to post and I am told it’s now with the agent whom I can’t have their contact details and Lord knows when will those documents be delivered. I am loosing money already because of those delays.

A week ago I was told that my parcel was in Johannesburg been kept there due to delivery address. Non of us where contacted to sort it out and they then gave it to the agent to deliver the parcel and Lord know who now sorted the issue of the address because they didn’t contact the receiver or the sender to sort it out.

I am sick sick sick of these people. They simply can’t deliver!
