A week later still no delivery, iam losing business!!!

The WORST courier company ever!!! A week later my client still hasn't receiver her parcel I used the store to door option on the 3rd of October it's the 11th of October and my client still hasn't received her order, she's now demanding for a refund and she's saying I ****med her yet Aramex has been shipping her parcel all over JHB but not delivering it to her!!! DON'T USE THEM!!
