A waste of a company

Been waiting for my package for a month they hardly notify you unless you call and wait 15 to 30min for customer service to even answer your call, a similar package that took their compatitors 2 weeks max to deliver they can not even contact you to tell you what's holding your package what a waste of my time I will never ever use this company
