A Victim of Appalling Service by Dunns and Aramex

The delivery service offered by Aramex is appalling. They collected my parcel from Dunns on Monday, they then sent an SMS saying "Your order has been processed and will be delivered shortly." Now it's Thursday and guess what? I'm still waiting for my order.

On Sunday, I will be hosting an event, hence I purchased these items, which it is now clear that I won't get them.

I communicated with Dunns and they said "we'll escalate the matter with the courier company." As if that will assist me in this mess they created by using this excuse of a delivery service company 'Aramex'.

When I tried to cancel the order, they're staff at Dunns said "cancellation is not possible now" meaning I must accept these items, God knows when, even though I will not get to use them for their intended purpose.

I will like to caution people about the appalling service of buying online at Dunns, which is mostly attributed to by this **** called Aramex.

These two companies do not care about their customers. All they care about is your money and when you've purchased from them, they will go on to their next victim.
