A Very Happy Customer

So delivery of my international parcel was attempted and my cell battery had died and as a result the driver was unable to deliver my package. I called customer service a few times and the agents were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. After escalating, the driver returned to deliver my parcel on the same day. I am super happy and impressed that the issue was able to be resolved so quickly and I'm truly grateful for the awesome customer service provided!
