A very delayed delivery

<p>I was expecting a delivery on the 5th of May 2017 and to this day when I trace it. It is stuck in customs and it names my area as a remote area. I gave a call to the pretoria branch at 2pm and they responded by saying that it will be delivered in the afternoon of the 11th May .it is currently with their agent who delivers remote packages. I find it dissapointing because no one came in the afternoon or I did not even get a call myself. Ithe was my first time using the service myself and I will not recommend it to anyone.had I know i would have used postnet .at least i know they send an sms should your package arrive at their branches. If it takes that long to get my package delivered I would rather go to your offices and collect myself since you can't do a very easy job yourself</p>
