A useless Courier Company

What a useless Courier company. My pagage arrived in Durban on Friday the ,7 July from Santon and was out for delivery at 7:35 am. It never arrived. Despite my requests for urgent attention , no one had the professional courtesy to respond to any of my messages throughout the day. The package contains medicine desperately required for a very sick person experiencing seizures. They promised the sender that the package would be delivered on Friday the 7 July. It arrived in Durban and their Tracking Service indicated this was out for delivery at 0735 hrs. Guys never use this company as they don't even respond to urgent messages appealing for help on their Tracking App.
