A Super Customer Service from Aramex Consultant

On Tuesday the 4th of June, I bought an Aramex courier bag at Shoprite in West-Street off Smith Street in Durban. The Aramex consultant called to inform me that I could create an online waybill, and also asked for the missing ABSA Will Department contact details where my parcel was going. He also confirmed my contact details and sent me the email confirmation that the parcel was picked and on the 5th June, I received another email informing me that the parcel was delivered.

I forgot the name of the Aramex Consultant that called and ensured that my parcel reached the destination. My parcel tracking number *** could help direct us to the person that collected in Durban and ensured that it safely reached the destination.

I am blown by a great service from Aramex consultant, and I wish they are given the STAR they deserve for the excellent customer service they delivered. They called, registered my email, ensured the parcel was safe and delivered without problems, and I am grateful.
