A Joke of a Courier Company or the Best out here?

I could not even send a keychain internationally! Absolutely ridiculous. It was all because it was not a document?? Not only that, but they are completely inconsistent with their delivery times.

It is really a roll of the dice with them. They are either fast and great, or they cannot find the very clear address to which I need a product sent, so they call the customer a million times before they finally find it.
