A courier company that doesn't deliver

I am livid, 48hrs, 11 phone calls, placed on hold for an hour collectively wasted R100 airtime and still no parcel, store to door claims from drop box to door overnight by 12:00 the next day. By some miracle if I do speak with someone, it is the same story, the driver has my parcel and will delivery by 16:30 at the latest... Still nothing.
