8 days no delivery!!

I’m very disappointed with their service I sent a parcel from the store to door service at shoprite on emfuleni Cape Town on the 1st of September to Vincent East London today it’s the 9th September the parcel hasn’t been delivered I’ve been emailing their support team nothing and the worst part I use their service to courier for my customers now the my customer is disappointed this has really cost my business
