500% overpriced

******!! an ******* will NEVER use them again. my story is this, i purchased sunglasses from Amazon my shipping cost $8.6 which worst case comes to R170 plus vat and it based on a R17 to $1. Anyway so i had to return the sunglasses and assumed i would pay the same. i called and i was quoted (based on a hand bag which is bigger and heavier) R350. i wasnt happy but was advised it will be verified after measurements and weight. Seems fair right? NO this ****** quoted my wife R750 luckily i called before she paid and i stopped her. i then went there myself and they could give NO reason as to why the quote was almost 450% more than what i originally paid. i ending having to agree to pay R380 as i wanted to assure the sunglasses is returned with the same courier. So if you feel being cheated and pay 500% more then Aramax should be the right courier. mind you i showed them my Amazon invoice but they didnt care to look, they tried to use the "interest rate" but i *******ed that and what is upsetting is they could explain why.
