5 weeks and still not delivered

Why do i have to give them one star - ridiculous and a travesty. Hello Peter should look to change the logic to allow zero stars.

Today is the 6th July, 2020, and the parcel was sent on around the 4th June.

I have been trying to get hold of them for over 3 hours. Eventually the line drops and I start again.

We have been waiting for this for close to 5 weeks, 5 WEEKS!!!! Be strangely comforting if that was some sort of an Aramex record, but there are surely people out there waiting longer, and even those that never got delivered and were 'lost' to some other dimension.

I could have walked to Hillcrest and back quicker, unfortunately The Lockdown meant no inter provincial travel.

When I have gotten hold of Aramex, proving they do actually answer their phones now and again - they say they have it and that it will be delivered, just never a commitment around when.

This is hideously poor for a company to act in this manner and to have such desperately poor after sales service.

... Pathetic.
