48 to 72 hour delivery - double that and counting

Utter **** service. I sent a parcel from a MAIN area on TUSEDAY morning this week. 12 August 2025, to a MAIN area, yesterday 14th of August out for delivery at 7am, 18h00 - driver out of time"" today 15th out for delivery, 18:00 driver out of time. Yet you advertise 48-72hours delivery, we are far past 72hours, heading for double that. You are utterly ****ing disgusting with ZERO customer service, no response via any chat or contact platform. I use to recommend Aramex in the PAST, it will stay in the past. NEVER, EVER, EVER again. Worst than the POST OFFICE!!!!!!! THE COURRIER GUY IS KILLING YOU NOT EVEN SLOWLY, BUT VERY FAST. They take 2days to deliver this bery same route on a SMALL parcel this size, a bag size not even 200grams. Im so ****ed of at you i want to forward this to the NATIONAL ADVERTISING COMMISION to fine the **** out of you. You cannot advertise you deliver in 48 to 72 hours and take a week to two weeks Jesus Temu takes that time from CHINA! THAT INCLUDES CUSTOMS CLEARANCE DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR. All you had to do was deliver a parcel during the middle of a month in 4 full ****ing days. If i had known this i would have driven past to the courrier guy whom i usually use. Bear in mind anyone reading this, George to Joburg is overnight, there they take your pacel for a drive daily where the driver "runs out of time" to a main centre. This is the best planned courrier in existance. Do not make use of this **** courrier. I will put the tracking number in a private message if you wish to look into this - but there is no excuse for **** service. Rather just close down and stop advertising you have The ****test service of any known business in this **** country.
