4 days of everyday being told my parcel is coming to me

Yhooo hayi I have given up on this company, my parcel has been out for delivery on the 4th of August and it's the 8th today. Everyday I call to update my cell and Everyday they say my parcel is on its way. Hayi I give to you guys 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 most pathetic and useless delivery service ever!!!!
