4 days but still haven't teceived my parcel

Horrible exhausting service. my parcel was send monday 14 Feb and was supposed to be I the 15th. I never received an sms. on the 17 I still haven't received any sms though i tracked it myself. I Made means to tell them I taking my child to university and no one will be available at home. Theu update thei system giving false information and today it's Thursday....when I asked on their whatsapp message the answer I got was " we will prioritize your delivery tomorrow " I glad I don't use this company for courier its the person who send it who made a mistake now I csn move coz I waiting for a parcel...lousy lousy service ...I'll never recommend. ****py
