3rd Day now... Overnight Delivery...

Please note, it was signed for by a random person in our complex. I just found it taped to my gate... What kind of service is that? These are seriously critical documents, and you're just letting a stranger sign for it?<br> <br> Now the outstanding parcel was only collected on the 8th for some reason, after the other parcel had already been picked up and delivered. It's been 'Out for Delivery' since 12AM on the 9th. How many nights is considered overnight?<br> <br> I also logged a request on your site this morning, JNB/1215/5624<br> Still waiting for anyone to contact me.<br> <br> Must say, it is pretty sad how bad this service is. Don't advertise something as overnight when it clearly isn't delivered overnight.
