*** - Still waiting

Been almost 2 weeks since this small shipment left China<br> 1) When it arrived in SA, I had to call them for the customs info so that they could get a release. No one bothered to call me<br> 2) After the details were provided, it took a few days to get a release... All other shipping companies usually do this within hours or max 1-2 days<br> 3) The customs submission was incorrect. I was charged duty on one of the items that is duty free<br> 4) I then sent proof of payment as requested and they told me that they'd deliver today. Still haven't received anything<br> 5) I then called at night and spoke to Walter who was helpful. He asked someone in the high value dept to call me who did and he promised that a driver would deliver tonight around 8pm... STILL NO DELIVERY <br> <br> Pathetic service!!!!!<br> <br> I want this resolved with a matter of urgency
