3 Weeks parcel still not delivered

My parcel has been kept by Aramex for more than 3 weeks, I’ve sent them every documents they need. They are so *********** they even asked how bought the item online, they want to be schooled how items are bought online from abroad. What kind of ******* is that?? I’m currently having a bad experience with them. Next time I order something I will inform the supplier not to use Aramex anymore. I’m still waiting even today!!! I’m being treated like there’s suspension of drugs in parcel it’s hair for crying out loud. I need help!!!!!
