3 weeks no delivery- Disappointing

I sent a courier to Cape town on the 11th of July via Pick n Pay Rosebank. The person i sent still have not received it. I have tried several times to contact Aramex but the phones are ringing non-stop with no response. I lost the receipt so i cant even track it online. This feels like theft and it is extremely disappointing.
