3 weeks delay on my shipment

I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 weeks now. It has been out for delivery since the 6th. I have spent over R150 in airtime calling aramex, making them aware of this issue and each day they assure me that my parcel will get delivered. So I've been at home, waiting like an idiot for something that starting to look like it's never going to come.

This has already ruined my reputation. My clients no longer trust me.

This is my second hellopeter review this week. The first 1 was ignored. They don't care at all otherwise this issue would have been resolved.

Furthermore I received this message last week: "Your international parcel is long overdue for collection at Khaya Bazaar Post office number 529, amount R72.19" From ********** 191

I tried calling the number back, but they would pick up. Aramex, if this is your driver, are you aware that he doesn't want to make door to door delivery in Khayelitsha? Are you aware that he expects me to pay a further fee for my shipment, including transportation on top of the already expensive international shipping fee? I don't even know where Khaya Bazaar is? How safe is it for me to walk around in Khayelitsha, in an area I have never been before, asking strangers for directions?

If you do not intend on delivering my parcel, let me know and I'll come and fetch it myself in Milnerton.
