3 weeks delay on my parcel DBW***

I have been using Aramex for long time. my parcel was picked up on the 23rd April in Pietermaritzburg till today i haven't received my parcel in JHB south. What make me more mad is the lie on your tracking report where they state "attempted delivery/customer not available "which is a lie. I logged a complaint last week on Tuesday the 3rd May with Ref JHB/0522/687 no one had a decency to call me.This is unacceptable and not professional as for this WhatsApp its completely useless for me.
