3 weeks and parcel still not delivered

<p>3 Weeks ago my parcel arrived at aramex customs, nothing was initiated until i called them a week later- only then did they start processing my parcel. They asked me to pay customs fee of R800 which i did. A week later i called to find out about the parcel and i was told it was scheduled for customs inspection, another week later i called and i was placed on hold for over 10minutes..... i decided to send an email and now 3 days later, i still have not received any response or feedback.</p>
