3 Day Outline Area Failed

Hi, So I've send a small package to a outlined area, from where the package was send before it went to the outlined area, it was quick, 2 days as suspected but from there is on the 5th day now and this is bad. I do understand that it's far in driving but there is people, buses and planes going there everyday, why can't Aramex meet the requirements. It's not that the area is unreachable, they make use of 3rd party couriers and it's not a ***** area. It's convenient sending a package, in any PnP but the delivery is a bit of a concern. Thanks.
