2nd ******weg, just GONE

Wanted to come and tell you about their useless service and give them a 1 star rating, but it looks like a few hundred (maybe even thousand) people beat me to it! ONLY courier company to ever lose one of our packages and we have sent more than a thousand parcels with other couriers... and now they went and lost an international one as well - TWO months ago already and nobody has bothered getting back to us. Side note: EU head office is in ******WEG, Amsterdam - had I just known beforehand, because that is exactly what they have done with our parcel!
