24 hours means 21 days for Aramex, save your time and money, find another courier.
Worst service ever.
I dropped my parcel at Pick n Pay in Dobsonville, Soweto on Sunday the 12th of July, for it to be deliverered in South Kensington, Joburg after 1 working day since Joburg is listed as one of their main centers. On their brochures, they claim to deliver befits 12 noon the following day after picking your parcel up. Today as I leave this review, it's on the 18th of July, it's been a full 5 days, and my parcel is nowhere to be found. I can't track it using the waybill number, as both their mobile application and website give me an "invalid data" message when I scan the waybill or punch the code in.
I then call their customer service line on the 14th of July, another 0-rated service, the attendant only takes my call after 13 minutes of holding, how much airtime is that? Alright, they finally put me through to an attendant and she asks for the waybill number, only for her to tell me it does not appear on their system, so she can't help me with anything, otherwise I must just keep tracking, and I can't get a refund even if I ask for my parcel back.
Forward to today the 18th of July, I go back to Pick n Pay to try and retrieve my parcel and send it with another courier company that is serious about shipping my parcel, even if it means losing the money I've already paid with Aramex. I'm told I can't get none of that. I can't get my parcel back, and they can't help me in any way, otherwise I should just understand that since the Covid-19 outbreak, they service turnaround time is now 21 days. Yeah that's right, 21 days of waiting for a service they claimed would be rendered in 24 hours.
If anyone from Aramex is going to attend to this, kindly allow me to have my parcel back, you can keep the money that I paid, all I want is my parcel so that I find alternative couriers that will ship it quicker than your 21 days, thank you.
