2026 but customer service still sucks

I shop with babies r us and they decided to partner with Aramex and I've had nothing but bad service from them all the time and its always the drivers. Just finished speaking to the call centre after 3 attempt holding on for 10mins at a time to have call cut on me. They answered and said Driver called me and I didn't answer. And there is no missed call on my side. I asked for complaints details with customer care but she said over the recorded line "we do not have complaints details" which i find very appalling for a big company perhaps thats why their drivers have such a don't care attitude.
