2 WEEK LATER NO PACKAGE AND NO SERVICE

After 2 weeks postnet to postnet randburg to Midvaal and no package yet, and the service I have received is really pathetic especially from Lulu in the chat, why even have the service if you can't do anything actually, anyway this was a birthday gift was be here before the 26 OF MAY we are in June already and they still can't tell me what has happened to my package its at the hub in Sandton have been there since the 22 or may already this is really ridiculous and unexpectable I highly not recommend using this pathetic service think the government post office has more competence than this bunch...
