100% unreliable

100% unreliable company. Do not ever consider working with this company. Delivery guys came to my work place to deliver my items. They asked for me by first name at the security guards, 150 people are employed where I work. Chances are there’s one other person who shares my name. They didn’t think to call me, using the number that I gave them. Duh, that’s the whole point of the phone number. They left with my parcel, meanwhile I’m sitting in my office waiting for them. Utter stupidity. I don’t know how Aramex trains it’s staff.
